Remove Chrome Acrobat Extension For Viewing IEPs In Genesis

If you cannot access the IEPs in Genesis, it is because Genesis does not allow the Adobe Acrobat extension for their "confidential" files. You will need to remove the Acrobat extension from Chrome in order to view them.

Removing Acrobat Extension Follow these steps

Step 1

Click the three dots in the top right corner of your Chrome browser.

Step 2

Then choose More tools option => under this option go to => Extensions => to see all the extensions that you have installed.

Step 3

Next to the Adobe Acrobat extension, there is a REMOVE icon => click the REMOVE icon.
Optionally, you can click the slider icon on the lower right to disable the extension

Step 4

Restart your Chrome browser and the extension will now be removed.

Once these steps are complete, you will be able to open IEPs in Genesis again. Please note that sometimes when Adobe upgrades its software, you may have to repeat these steps.
