Rather than reinvent the wheel, you can just create a new TEAM that uses an old TEAM as a template. This way you can include assignments, resources, etc., without painstakingly recreating each one. Here’s how in 6 quick clicks:

Step 1

Click TEAMS on the left bar, and Click “Join or create Team” text in bottom left.

Step 2

Click the large CREATE A TEAM box in the right panel.

Step 3

Choose CLASS (assuming you are creating a new classroom)

Step 4

Click the text “Create a team using an existing team as a template”.

Step 5

Select the old class you wish to import.

Step 6

Name the new class and choose the elements from the old class you wish to import.Click CREATE

Done. You now have your new classroom ready to import students with all the features and elements you chose.
